Stay away from cheap dopamine  - social media scrolls - drinking tea - munching  It's okay to be bored and do boring things - walking, writing etc Have a good purpose in life, develop good and healthy habits.  Increase your attention span and focus. Have the ability to do something for very long. 

Help

You certainly can't help someone who doesn't desired to be helped. 

Short videos

Short videos - instagram reels, YouTube shorts and Tiktok has become a major major addition.  Not only amongst children but older people as well.  You get instant gratification and dopamine kick but in longer run your attention span decreases.  Watch only what you have control over. Reduce infinite scrolling. 

Tech interviews

Interviewing is still the same even after so many advances in AI.  Same old framework, coding and system design questions - nothing has changed.

Cheap dopamine - social media, sugary drinks including soft drinks and tea  Good dopamine - reading books, walking, talking to a friend 

Cravings

If you are hungry, eat! If you are bored, drink water or walk!

 Happiness is a choice  You decide when you want to be happy You have to plan your life to be happy
